How Does MELTIO LMD Technology Work?
Materials
We use commodity materials in MIG (metal wire) format. Ease of local provisioning by the customer and reduced costs. Wide variety of materials from carbon steels, stainless steels, inconel, titanium, aluminum, copper to new alloys created by the customer.

Steel
From 301 to 316 they are printable with our technology, if you fear acid corrosion we can try 904L: 316L, 308, 904L

Titanium
The perfect mix for parts that require Ti6Al4V and Grade 5, we obtain truly extraordinary properties: Titanium Grade 5, Ti6A, Ti4V

Inconel
Capable of printing Ni-FE-Cr alloys in all its versions available in the market also minimize the effects of corrosion with a minimum flow of Argon

Upcoming Materials
Materials in development of parameters:
- Copper
- Aluminum
- Gold
- Bronze
- Amber and more
Metal 3D Printed Parts 100% dense and Ready to Use
Our technology is currently the only one on the market capable of printing 100% dense 3D parts with the highest level of automation and autonomy with the lowest investment and production costs
