Meltio Engine

P.O.A

Our unique technology is able to print parts without limits in size using wire and powder.
Meltio Engine is the first device that combines wire and powder printing in a device without any limitations.

The solution for turning almost any CNC, gantry or robotic system into a powerful hybrid manufacturing centre.

Metal 3D Printed Parts 100% dense and Ready to Use.

Description

Our unique technology is able to print parts without limits in size using both wire and powder.
Meltio Engine is the first device that combines wire and powder printing in a device without any limitations. The Engine module enables 3D printing of full density metal parts when integrated with CNC machines, robots, and gantry systems.

Metal 3D Printed Parts 100% dense and Ready to Use. Our technology is currently the only one on the market capable of printing 100% dense  3D parts with the highest level of automation and autonomy with the lowest investment and production costs

01 Wire & Powder

Adding flexibility by using powder and wire in the same printhead. Freedom in printing. Create new alloys on fly.

02 Production Cost
Production cost needs to be taken in all the aspects from the technology to the material. Including all this aspect it has the lowest production cost of the market.

03 Return on investment
Lowest production cost , lowest price of acquisition and high performance are converted in the best Return on Investment of the market.

Hybrid Manufacturing System

Our unique technology which combines laser additive manufacturing with wire and powder. We redesigned the  printhead of the M450 to integrate with robotic arms or machining centers. With this breakthrough design we are able to use our technology to print parts without limits in size or quality.

System Details

Meltio Engine Details System

Physical Dimensions: 1200 mm x 550 mm x 550 mm

Build Volume: Determined only by the working dimensions of the machine to which it is coupled.

Laser Head

Laser Metal Deposition Head

Our technology allows us to have a basic head and a high power by adding a greater number of lasers which gives us greater robustness. Having several lasers gives us more flexibility and does not require prisms to achieve a conical beam.

Materials

Material Versatility

We use commodity materials in MIG (metal wire) format. Easy of local provisioning by the customer and reduced costs. Wide variety of materials from carbon steels, stainless steels, inconel, titanium, aluminum, copper to new alloys created by the customer.

Steel

From 301 to 316 they are printable with our technology, if you fear acid corrosion we can try 904L: 316L, 308, 904L

Titanium

The perfect mix for parts that require Ti6Al4V and Grade 5, we obtain truly extraordinary properties: Titanium Grade 5, Ti6A, Ti4V

Inconel

Capable of printing Ni-FE-Cr alloys in all its versions available in the market also minimize the effects of corrosion with a minimum flow of Argon

Upcoming Materials

Materials in development of parameters:

  • Copper
  • Aluminum
  • Gold
  • Bronze
  • Amber and more

Integration

Integration

Our engineering team has designed our new hybrid head as a plug and play device. Our team can rapidly install our patented printhead in a CNC machine or even in a robot. This same printhead can also be installed in custom applications.
