Service Package


At CREATE Education we recognise that our customers rely on their 3D printers to get the job done, the need for maximum up-time is essential for most businesses.
Our service contracts give you access to our certified technicians, who can resolve any problem with your machine on-site. If they can’t, we promise to a provide a ‘like-for-like’ replacement so that downtime is minimal.
Our Service Contract is designed for both the low volume users who want the reassurance that the machine will be operational when you need it. It also covers the high volume users who rely on printing every day and that downtime comes at a great expense to the business.
Service contacts run for a 12 month period and are renewed annually. Additional hardware can be involved into the contract at any given time.

What's Included

  • 2 FOC (on-site) call outs included
  • Mon-Fri 48 hours turnaround on all on-site call out’s
  • Annual service visit (on-site) – Full machine service plus certification & service sticker
  • All replacement parts included (Excludes consumable parts)
  • Replacement loan machine will be provided (FOC) if the repair can not be completed
    on-site. Delivered the next working day.
  • Nominated technical account manager

Terms and Conditions

  • Any additional machines added to the contract within the year can be added pro rata until the end of the
    current service contract
  • All additional call-outs are chargeable at £500 plus travel expenses
  • Call-ours are per service contact and not per individual machine
  • Pricing: 20% of machine fleet RRP – annual service contract charge
