Get up and running and become a confident user of any of the technologies that we sell with our Product Setup and Basic Technical Training. Maximise the potential of your 3D Printers and/or 3D Scanners and Software with one of our trained professionals.

Available as a half day workshop for up to 10 attendees, this workshop is tailored to your hardware and covers: hardware setup, basic maintenance and troubleshooting, basic repairs and software use. The half day course covers the basics for one make/model of 3D printer or scanner, a full day course is recommended if training is required on multiple 3D printer models and/or 3D printers and scanners.

In addition to this, all attendees will also receive Basic User Certification for the products covered during the course.

Get up and running with your new 3D printing and/or scanning technology quickly and easily with this product setup and basic technical training course.

In this course, that is tailored to the hardware and software your organisation has purchased from us, you will learn to setup your hardware and software along with basic troubleshooting, maintenance and software operation.

The half day course covers the basics for one make/model of 3D printer or scanner, a full day course is recommended if training is required on multiple 3D printer models and/or 3D printers and scanners.

  • Connecting your hardware and software (where required).
  • Running a test print/scan.
